Omegle

Now, now.
This new virtual "Talk-to-strangers" site is pretty awesome I must say. So far, out of the people I've talked to, I'm guessing about 60-70% are jerks or people who just go on and mess about. The other 30-40% are decent people who're there to have a chat and maybe get to know you. So, out of the decent people, 2 disappeared suddenly ( which i must admit is a disappointment), 1 didn't want to keep in touch, but 2 of them i've managed to stay in touch with.

One,(the very first person i met) is lorena. I am very grateful to have met her, because she's awesome. Obviously, she's a nerdfighter and she also got me into the whole nerdfighterism, although i had already been following charlie and nerimon on youtube, I didn't know much about Nerdfighters and that; thanks Lorena (also known as alorena1 on youtube).

The other person I met is a guy from Massachusetts who's really chilled and fun to talk to. With this guy, I've had the longest Omegle conversation ever. Infact, it's still going on right now. I wouldn't be surprised if it's been nearly 2 hours :P We've exchanged emails and I think i got him to get msn because "like everyone international has one" :) agreed. Life's going to be easier for you now, my friend.

So yeah, you might talk to a lot of jerks on Omegle, but this kind of proves they're not all like that, and you have no idea how small the world is. You might find people from your country that speak the same funky language you do, you might find some disappoint you. But overall, you've got nothing to lose, right?

Tell me about your Omegle expiriences! Disappointments? New friends? Jerks? or just a good old chat?

P.s. If the conversation goes something like this then play along:
Stranger:Hi
You: hey
Stranger: I like pie.
You: Me too
Stranger: Reaaaalalllllyyyyyyy??
You: Nah.
--DISCONNECT--
:P
